ATLANTA – State Representative Gerald Greene (R-Cuthbert) was recently recognized by the Georgia Association of Educators (GAE) for his many decades of service to Georgia’s education system. GAE presented Rep. Greene with an award as part of their Legislative Honor Roll, naming him a 2023 Friend of Education award recipient, the organization’s highest honor.

House Adopts Rep. Brent Cox’s House Resolution Condemning Hamas Terrorism

ATLANTA – State Representative Brent Cox (R-Dawsonville) today announced that the Georgia House of Representatives recently adopted House Resolution 4EX on Monday, December 4, 2023, condemning Hamas terrorism and expressing support for the Jewish people. Rep. Cox sponsored HR 4EX, and Representatives Esther Panitch (D-Sandy Springs), John Carson (R-Marietta), Chuck Efstration (R-Auburn), Lauren McDonald (R-Cumming) and Mitchell Horner (R-Ringgold) were co-sponsors of the resolution.
