Rep. Tim Fleming Works to Secure GDOT Funding for Williams Road and City Pond Road Improvements for the City of Covington

ATLANTA – State Representative Tim Fleming (R-Covington) today announced that the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) has approved approximately $2.3 million for road improvements for Williams Road and City Pond Road to support the Archer Aviation project in Covington. Rep. Fleming worked with Governor Kemp’s office and GDOT officials to secure the funding for this economic development project.

Chairman Ron Stephens Announces New Economic Development & Tourism Subcommittee on Sustainable Economic Development, Appoints Rep. Steven Sainz as Chair

ATLANTA – House Economic Development & Tourism Committee Chairman Ron Stephens (R-Savannah) today announced the creation of a new Subcommittee on Sustainable Economic Development, and he has appointed State Representative Steven Sainz (R-St. Marys) as chair of the subcommittee.

Rep. Robert Dickey Congratulates Pratt Industries’ Plans for New Manufacturing Facility in Peach County

ATLANTA – Today, Governor Brian Kemp announced that Pratt Industries, Inc., a Georgia-based recycled paper and packaging company, will build a new production facility in the Warner Robins portion of Peach County. This new facility will create more than 125 jobs and over $120 million in investment.
