ATLANTA – State Representative Calvin Smyre (D-Columbus), Dean of the Georgia House of Representatives, will address his colleagues during Legislative Day 40, the final day of the 2022 legislative session, on Monday, April 4, 2022, which will convene at 10 a.m. Rep.
