ATLANTA –– State Representative Meagan Hanson (R-Brookhaven) today announced that the Georgia House of Representatives passed Senate Bill 17, the “Brunch Bill,” on Monday, March 12, 2018. Rep. Hanson sponsored SB 17 in the House, and SB 17 would allow local governing authorities to authorize alcoholic beverages sales beginning at 11 a.m. on Sundays subject to the passage of a referendum.
