Rep. Brad Raffensperger Receives Committee Assignments for the 2015-2016 Legislative Term

ATLANTA – The Georgia House of Representatives’ Committee on Assignments recently named State Representative Brad Raffensperger (R-Johns Creek) to the Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications, Juvenile Justice, and Intragovernmental Coordination committees. Rep. Raffensperger was sworn in to the House of Representatives on February 10, 2015.

“I look forward to working with the Chairmen and my fellow representatives on these committees,” said Rep. Raffensperger. “Georgia has made great strides in several areas with positive, constructive solutions in both the energy and criminal justice arenas, and I welcome the opportunity to be part of the solid work that has already seen great success.”

The House Committee on Assignments, chaired by House Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge), is charged with making all House committee assignments for the members of the Georgia House of Representatives.

Representative Brad Raffensperger represents the citizens of District 50, which includes portions of Fulton County. He was elected into the House of Representatives in 2015 and currently serves on the Energy, Utilities and Telecommunications, Juvenile Justice, and Intragovernmental Coordination committees.
