Rep. Bruce Williamson Re-Elected House Majority Caucus Secretary/Treasurer

ATLANTA – The House Republican Caucus re-elected State Representative Bruce Williamson (R- Monroe) as the House Majority Caucus Secretary/Treasurer during caucus elections on Monday, November 14, 2016.

“It was my honor to stand before the House Republican caucus again and be nominated to this leadership position,” said Majority Caucus Secretary/Treasurer, Rep. Williamson. “I stand ready to work hard for every member of this caucus as we all strive enact policies that make Georgia the best state to call home.”

In this position, Rep. Williamson will be responsible for all Majority Caucus funds and maintaining a record of all caucus meetings.

This is Rep. Williamson’s fourth term in the Georgia House of Representatives and his second term as Majority Caucus Secretary and Treasurer.

Representative Bruce Williamson represents the citizens of District 115, which includes portions of Walton County. He was elected into the House of Representatives in 2010, and currently serves as the Secretary/Treasurer of the House Republican Caucus and on the Banks & Banking, Energy, Utilities, & Telecommunications, Governmental Affairs, Insurance, and Ways & Means committees.
