ATLANTA – State Representative Doreen Carter (D-Lithonia) will participate in the Atlanta Food Bank’s virtual “Hunger Walk Run” celebration event and encourages citizens to join her team on Sunday, March 7, 2021, at 2 p.m. To join Rep. Carter’s walking team and participate in the virtual event, please click here.
The registration fee to join Rep. Carter’s team is $25 and participants are encouraged to get active by walking or running during the virtual event. Proceeds from the fundraising event will benefit the Atlanta Food Bank and the Society of Saint Vincent de Paul Georgia, programs which help provide food to Georgians in need.
