Rep. Dexter Sharper to Hold Press Conference to Recognize Quality Control Music Executives

ATLANTA – State Representative Dexter Sharper (D-Valdosta) will hold a press conference to recognize the 10-year anniversary of Quality Control Music on Wednesday, March 15, 2023, from 12 – 12:30 p.m. in the Georgia State Capitol Rotunda.

Rep. Sharper will recognize Pierre “P” Thomas and Kevin “Coach K” Lee, co-founders of the management agency. In March 2013, Quality Control Music was founded by Thomas and Lee in West Atlanta, where their headquarters is currently located.

The record label is known to identify and develop smaller artists into globally recognized names, such as Migos, Lil Yachty, Lil Baby and the City Girls. The co-founders have also expanded the management agency’s reach into sports, film and investment by creating QC Sports, Quality Films and Quality Ventures.

“I am honored and delighted to recognize these two music legends and their 10 years of accomplishments,” said Rep. Sharper. “Quality Control has become the modern day blueprint for success in the music industry, and I look forward to what they will do in the next 10 years.”
