ATLANTA – State Representative Carl Gilliard (D-Garden City) will be honored for his 38 years of commitment to public service on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at 5 p.m. at Carey Hilliard’s (Abercorn St. location) in Savannah.
Mr. Isaac Newton Farris Jr., nephew of the late Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., will be the keynote speaker for the event. Other local, state and national leaders will attend the event.
