ATLANTA – State Representative Gregg Kennard (D-Atlanta) will hold a press conference on House Bill 855 on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 12 p.m. at the South Wing Steps of the State Capitol.
Sponsored by Rep. Kennard, House Bill 855 would allow first responders to receive workers’ compensation coverage if they are diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder or experience psychologically traumatic events due to their employment.
