Rep. Lopez Romero to Serve as Member of World Chamber of Commerce Advisory Board

ATLANTA – State Representative Brenda Lopez Romero (D-Norcross) was recently invited to serve as a member of the World Chamber of Commerce’s (WCC) Advisory Board.

“We are living in difficult times; however, we must continue to work as best as possible to ensure our society and economy recovers from COVID-19 as expeditiously as possible,” said Rep. Lopez Romero. “I will continue to work to support our small businesses and our workers, especially during this trying time.  For these reasons, I am honored to announce that I am officially a member of the World Chamber of Commerce’s Advisory Board. The World Chamber of Commerce exists to promote prosperity in Georgia and the world, and the mission of the WCC is to promote global business, as well as foster cultural, social and humanitarian exchange. We work collaboratively to become part of a historical moment to unify countries through common financial, cultural and humanitarian goals.”

The WCC seeks to enhance global business and foster cultural and humanitarian exchange to develop economic opportunity. The chamber also works to act as a liaison between organizations developing global trade, creating synergy and assisting U.S. companies to reach out to lucrative international markets.
