ATLANTA – State Representative Lynn Smith (R-Newnan) recently attended the Metro Atlanta Chamber (MAC) E3 Awards held in Atlanta on Tuesday, October 4, 2016.
“I was very impressed with the candidates for these prestigious awards,” said Rep. Smith. “These remarkable contenders reflect Georgia’s commitment to protecting our state’s environment and natural resources. I was thrilled to attend the E3 event alongside such talented and dedicated individuals.”
The E3 Awards recognizes companies, organizations and individuals working to conserve metro Atlanta’s natural resources, develop clean technologies to enhance our economy and environment, support sustainable projects and initiatives and to collaborate on solutions through university connections, marketing and education. For the past four years, the E3 Awards have recognized the efforts of those working to protect and enhance our environment.
