Rep. Sandra Scott Awards Pat Pullar with Yellow Rose/Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award

ATLANTA – State Representative Sandra Scott (D-Rex) today announced that she has selected Pat Pullar as a recipient of the Yellow Rose/Nikki T. Randall Servant Leadership Award.

“Ms. Pullar has exemplified all the characteristics of a Yellow Rose phenomenal woman,” said Rep. Scott. “She continues to make herself available to all within the community and has uplifted members of Clayton County for more than 20 years through her voting activism and outreach. Her work has not gone unnoticed, and this award highlights her service and dedication to our community.”

Pullar is a current member of the Clayton County Board of Elections and Registration, chairperson of the Clayton County Democrats and a member of the Georgia Election Officials Association. She has served her community and surrounding areas for more than 20 years and has established herself as an advocate for voting rights. Pullar works for Talking Points 4U, an Atlanta based strategic political consultation firm, and has served as CEO for nearly 15 years.

This award was created in honor of former State Representative Nikki T. Randall, who became the first African American female elected to the Georgia General Assembly. Former Rep. Randall served as chair of the Georgia Legislative Women’s Caucus. Every year during Women’s History Month, this caucus recognizes outstanding women in Georgia who exemplify the leadership and inspiration embodied by former Rep. Randall.

Rep. Scott also introduced a privileged resolution, House Resolution 909, to honor Pullar, which was adopted by the Georgia House of Representatives on March 3, 2022.
