“I look forward to serving under Chairman Darlene Taylor’s (R-Thomasville) wisdom and leadership and thank her for entrusting me to serve as Chairman for this Governmental Affairs subcommittee,” said Rep. Sainz. “In these two leadership positions for this important procedural and oversight committee, I am committed to following the belief that government should be as small, efficient and as effective as possible for the citizens it serves.”

During the 2021-2022 legislative term, Rep. Sainz will also serve as the Secretary of the Economic Development & Tourism Committee, as well as a member on the Creative Arts & Entertainment, Defense & Veteran Affairs, Science and Technology and Judiciary Non-Civil committees.
