ATLANTA – State Representatives Alan Powell (D-Hartwell) and Michael Harden (R-Toccoa) will hold a press conference TOMORROW, Thursday, March 18, 2010, at 12:30 PM in Room 610 of the Coverdell Legislative Office Building. The representatives will discuss House Bill 1301, legislation which will require a permit for interbasin water transfers.
