ATLANTA – State Representative Scott Holcomb (D-Atlanta) will celebrate the 21st Anniversary of Georgia’s Pre-K program by visiting PCA Head Start – Yeshiva as part of “Georgia Pre-K Week.” During his visit, Rep. Holcomb will read to a group of 4-year-old pre-kindergarten students and witness the learning that takes place each day thanks to Georgia’s Pre-K Program.
