ATLANTA – State Representative Alan Powell (R-Hartwell) will receive the CAPRN Nurse Champion Legislator of the Year Award by the Georgian Coalition of Advanced Practice Registered Nurses and United Advanced Practice Registered Nurses of Georgia (Georgia CAPRN/UAPRN).
