Reps. Efstration and Powell Announce House Passage of Legislation to Update Georgia’s Tax Code

ATLANTA – State Representative Chuck Efstration (R-Dacula) today announced that the Georgia House of Representatives passed House Bill 918, legislation that would change Georgia’s tax code by cutting individual and corporate state income taxes. Rep. Efstration and GBI Director Keenan Applaud Passage of Bill to Protect Georgians from Abuse by Power of Attorney

ATLANTA – The Georgia House of Representatives recently gave final passage to House Bill 221, the Uniform Power of Attorney Act, sponsored by State Representative Chuck Efstration (R-Dacula). Gov. Deal Appoints Rep. Efstration to Judicial Nominating Commission, Criminal Justice Reform Council

ATLANTA – Governor Nathan Deal recently appointed State Representative Chuck Efstration (R-Dacula) to the Georgia Council on Criminal Justice Reform and the Judicial Nominating Commission (JNC). Rep.
