ATLANTA – State Representatives Donna McLeod (D-Lawrenceville), Jasmine Clark (D-Lilburn), Dewey McClain (D-Lawrenceville), Shelly Hutchinson (D-Snellville), Karen Bennett (D-Stone Mountain), Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia), Kim Schofield (D-Atlanta) and State Senator Nikki Merritt (D-Grayson) commend the Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners (BOC) on the local passage of the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair (CROWN) Act.
