ATLANTA — Speaker of the House David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) has appointed the following members to the House Study Committee on Children’s Mental Health:
- Rep. Katie Dempsey (R-Rome), Chairman
- Rep. Joyce Chandler (R-Grayson)
- Rep. Pat Gardner (D-Atlanta)
- Rep. Rick Jasperse (R-Jasper)
- Rep. Randy Nix (R-LaGrange)
This study committee is established by House Resolution 641 and will study available resources for children with mental health issues in this state and identify possible solutions or improvements in the delivery of services, particularly concerning early intervention and prevention services.
