ATLANTA—Today House Speaker David Ralston (R-Blue Ridge) released the following statement regarding the passing of legendary UGA announcer Larry Munson:
“Larry Munson’s voice, like his love for the Dawgs, will never die. For generations, he has been a true Georgia giant. He brought drama, passion, and color to Georgia football over the airwaves. We will not see the likes of him again. I join not only with the Bulldog nation, but with all Georgians in expressing our condolences to his family and friends.”
