ATLANTA – State Representatives Dar’shun Kendrick (D-Lithonia), Doreen Carter (D-Lithonia) and Billy Mitchell (D-Stone Mountain) will participate in the NAACP “Vaxx & Vote” caravan event on Saturday, October 30, 2021, from 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. Participants may meet in the parking lot outside of Big Lots (2738 Candler Rd.) in Decatur.

Rep. Doreen Carter Encourages Citizens to “Go Red for Women,” Starts 21-Day Veggie Challenge

ATLANTA – State Representative Doreen Carter (D-Lithonia) is encouraging citizens to “Go Red for Women” by wearing red on Thursday, February 4, 2021. “Go Red for Women” Day is celebrated by the American Heart Association (AHA) and is designated to increase women’s awareness and research about cardiovascular health. Rep.
