Rep. Lynn Smith Elected Chair of Southern Legislative Conference Energy & Environment Committee

ATLANTA – State Representative Lynn Smith (R-Newnan) was recently elected Chair of the Energy & Environment Committee of the Southern Legislative Conference (SLC), the Southern Office of The Council of State Governments.
