ATLANTA – State Representative Sheila Jones (D-Atlanta) was recently presented with the 2016 Charlotte Wilen Maternal & Infant Health Advocate of the Year Award by the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition (HMHB) of Georgia.
