Joint Study Committee on Dual Enrollment for Highly Skilled Talent at Younger Ages to Hold First Meeting in Albany

ATLANTA – The Joint Study Committee on Dual Enrollment for Highly Skilled Talent at Younger Ages, co-chaired by State Representative Matt Dubnik (R-Gainesville) and State Senator Matt Brass (R-Newnan), will hold its first meeting on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m. at the 4C Academy in Albany.

Created by Senate Resolution 175, this joint study committee will examine Georgia’s existing dual enrollment opportunities to develop highly skilled talent at younger ages. Members will identify potential solutions that could yield more dual enrollment for highly skilled talent at younger ages at the request of students, families, communities and employers.
