ATLANTA – State Representative Carl Gilliard (D- Garden City) announced that House Bill 79, or the “Blind Bill,” was signed into law by Governor Brian Kemp on Thursday, May 2, 2019. Sponsored by Rep. Rep. Gilliard’s “Blind Bill” Receives Final Passage

ATLANTA – State Representative Carl Gilliard (D- Garden City) today announced that the Georgia House of Representatives gave final passage to House Bill 79, or the “Blind Bill,” on Tuesday, April 2. House Adopts Rep. Gilliard’s Resolution to Create House Study Committee on Gang and Youth Violence Prevention
