ATLANTA – The House Democratic Caucus met to elect it key leaders on Tuesday, November 15, 2016. The Minority Caucus re-elected House Minority Leader Stacey Abrams (D-Atlanta) and House Minority Whip Carolyn Hugley (D-Columbus) for their current positions, as well as House Minority Caucus Secretary Pat Gardner (D-Atlanta), House Minority Caucus Treasurer David Wilkerson (D-Powder Springs) and House Minority Deputy Whip Gloria Frazier (D-Hephzibah).
