Rep. Mike Cameron Commends State Grant Funding for Walker Co. Sheriff’s Office Tech Upgrades

ATLANTA – State Representative Mike Cameron (R-Rossville) commends the state for awarding the Walker County Sheriff’s Office with $558,697 in grant funding. With this grant funding, the sheriff’s department will be able to purchase some of the latest law enforcement technology to help keep citizens safe and investigate crimes.

The Non-Inclusive Democratic Value to Silence Black Parents

The truth may not always be newsworthy, but catchy titles for readership is proving costly for news outlets in the long-run. A recent Atlanta Journal-Constitution (AJC) article headlines me as a “Republican delight” based on my decision to vote in favor of Senate Bill 233, legislation which would give children living in poverty an opportunity to go to better performing schools. This bill does not allow affluent families to use “school choice” as a funding mechanism to pay for private school as opponents suggest.

Rep. Dar’shun Kendrick Appointed to New Subcommittee on Artificial Intelligence of the House Technology and Infrastructure Innovation Committee
