Rep. Devan Seabaugh Receives 2023 Trumpet Award from Cobb County Republican Women’s Club

ATLANTA – State Representative Devan Seabaugh (R-Marietta), Vice President of Metro Atlanta Ambulance Service, recently was honored with the 2023 Trumpet Award by the Cobb County Republican Women’s Club (CCRWC) at their annual awards ceremony in Marietta, Georgia. The Trumpet Award honors an elected official that exemplifies the Republican philosophy by delivering strong leadership in their official capacity, support of CCRWC and outstanding service to the citizens of Cobb County and the state of Georgia.

As the 2023 Trumpet Award recipient, Rep. Seabaugh joins previous award recipients, including Georgia Senator Johnny Isakson, Georgia Attorney General Sam Olens, Cobb Senator Kay Kirkpatrick, former Cobb Representatives Judy Manning and Bert Reeves, Georgia Public Service Commission Chair Tricia Pridemore and former Georgia Congressmen Tom Price and Phil Gingrey.

The CCRWC educates its members and community on vital issues that affect the areas where citizens work, live and play. CCRWC is part of a coalition of 65,000 women across the nation making a difference in their communities, states and nation to promote the values of freedom given by the Constitution.

Representative Devan Seabaugh represents the citizens of District 34, which includes portions of west Cobb County, the city of Marietta and the city of Kennesaw. He was first elected to the House of Representatives in 2021 and currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Industry and Labor Committee and the Appropriations Subcommittee on Health. He is also a member of the Creative Arts & Entertainment, Code Revision, Transportation and Public Health committees.
