ATLANTA – State Representative Regina Lewis-Ward (D-McDonough) will host a “National Summer Learning Week” celebration event on Friday, July 16, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Clark Community Park in Stockbridge.
Rep. Lewis-Ward will be joined by A Place Matters, Inc.; Let Us Create Studios, LLC; and other community partners. This event seeks to elevate the importance of kids continuing to learn during summer months, ensuring that students return to school in the fall ready to succeed. At the event, children will be able to participate in activities that promote creativity and learning.
This is a free community event that is open to the public. Space is limited, and residents from House District 109 will receive registration priority.
